Appointments
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Your appointment will begin and end on time so as not to inconvenience the next guest. If you will be late, please notify us so that we can modify your appointment. A credit card is required to hold appointments for 2 or more people.
Events
We love parties! Our Event Planner can assist in planning any party and accommodate most sizes. Please contact us today to plan your event. A 50% deposit & credit card # to secure all appointments is required to schedule a group event & must be received 14 days prior to event. A 18% charge will be added to final bill & cover gratuities for all services providers. To avoid 100% cancellation occur 7 days prior to scheduled party.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, 7 days prior for group events. Cancellations of confirmed appointments on “day of” or “no shows” will be charged 50% of missed services.
Gratuity
Gratuity envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience. We accept gratuity in the form of cash or to be added to your credit card order cash for gratuity only.

Please, no cell phones or pagers. All guests are here to escape.

What should I wear?
If you are receiving a massage, facial, or body treatment we will provide a locker with a robe, cover-up, and slippers for both men and women to change into. You should undress to your comfort level. Either way, please keep in mind that you will be draped for privacy throughout your entire treatment.
What sort of training do your technicians have?
All of our technicians, from our estheticians to our nail techs, are hand-selected for their customer service skills as well as the high quality of their technique. Each one is licensed and certified in accordance with all applicable state and city laws.
What should I do with my valuables?
To the extent possible, leave them at home. While you will be given a locker and key for most spa services, Spa Martinique will not be held responsible for any lost items.
